Youth House Midnight Run - Parent Volunteer

To streamline our process, please login to your ShulCloud account before filling out this form. 

Parent volunteers will drive 4-5 teens into Manhattan. We will travel as a caravan, making 2-4 stops as scheduled by Midnight Run.

Please only count passenger seats with a seatbelt. 
Don't forget to count the driver! (i.e., a six-seat mini-van can take five teens, plus the parent driver.)

Your spot will only be saved if you select one of the above.
